Drivers licence Computer literate Syspro knowledge is advantageous Duties Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity. Plan and manage business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy. Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction. Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems. Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development. Responsible for New Business Development via agreed upon methods. Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle. Provide consultative solutions sales process to customers. Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information. Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and funnel information. Identify and resolve client concerns. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to internal/external customers. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Participate in formulating regional sales strategies. Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas. Maintaining the revenue and gross profit of each account ensuring they remain profitable in line with annual targets, exhausting all additional revenue stream opportunities. Meeting with clients face to face or via other technologies to provide and educate and promote the business through presentations, and other account analysis. Maintain profitability through pricing decisions
