Sales Representative

Sales Team MemberOur client is looking for a personable and hard-working individual to join their sales team. Working closely with an assigned Branch Manager, who is responsible for business development and growth globally, the incumbent will be expected to ensure meetings are set up with potential clients and ensure that client relationships are maintained.This role will provide the incumbent with the opportunity to earn commission on top of a basic salary. On a practical level, this role involves:Researching quality leads/potential clients using internal processes and partner websitesOrganising leads on a spreadsheet and finding suitable contacts for each potential clientReaching out to leads, via LinkedIn, email and phone, to arrange meetings for Branch ManagersFollow up after meetings to close dealsInputting of data and cross checking of leads through Client Relationship Management (CRM) systemsPreparing reports to identify standings in accordance with meeting targetsQualifications and Experience• Good High School results with passes for all subjects• University/College Degree/Diploma of any background with all subjects passed advantageous• Cold-calling, sales experience or general work experience beneficialSkill Set and Desired Competencies• Excellent command of the English language (proper use of grammar and sentence structuring essential)• Excellent organisation and time-management skills• Excellent phone and email etiquette• Persistent and following up consistently with leads using various mediums• Personable, engaging and professional• Driven to succeed and quick learner• Resilient, ability to withstand rejection and sales-driven• Flexible for working times based on the region you are assigned to• Target-driven and money-driven mentality seeking rewarding results
