Focus on new business development in Food industry sectorsMeet agreed sales targets by developing and implementing a growth strategy that focuses on specific market segments.Develop your own customer database by creating and expanding a customer pipeline, weekly and monthly targets to be met.Complete client site surveys and to supply solutions to the clients.Supply management with reports on customer needs and problemsNegotiate sales and clinch business deals.Initiate invoicing & payment.Conduct handing over of new contracts to operations.Focus on value of offering follow up with after sales service.Improve and maintain standard of service.Implement customer product training when required.Grade 123-5 years experience in selling products to the food and beverage industry.Exposure in bio security and hospitality applications that includes Open plant, CIP bio security products to poultry, swine or dairy farmers.Proven track record in establishing and growing hygiene marketsExcellent selling, communication, and strong negotiation skills.Practical knowledge of the environment where products are used.Ability to train internal and external clients at all levels.Ability and willingness to assist clients during a night-shift audit, if and when needed.Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
