Sales Representative

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is one with a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the sales process, and excellent interpersonal skills. Job Description:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through face-to-face interactions with customers in our retail partner's stores.
2. Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
4. Sales targets and Closing deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. High school diploma: All eligible candidates must possess a passed matric certificate or NQF equivalent.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
3. Sales Experience: No experience required (retail/sales experience would be advantageous)
4. Customer-focused: A genuine desire to understand and meet customer needs.
5. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are an advantage.
