Representing and selling the companys hardware,tool products and services to customers and obtaining orders in the allocated hardware markets.Achieving agreed sales volumes and GP targets for the area of responsibility.Keeping the Regional Sales Manager informed of competitor activity and customer status and weekly activities.Obtaining new business for the Company by calling on new and existing customers and obtaining orders and also promoting new products into the market.Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by:Calling regularly on customersEnsuring that orders are processed and delivered.Following up with customersResolving customer problems and complaints speedily.
