Serving hotels, schools, and restaurants, our client is on the lookout for a passionate Sales Representative based in the Montague Gardens area to join their thriving team.
What You'll Do: Drive Sales Growth: Proactively promote and sell our premium range of dairy products and fresh juices to prospective clients.
Expand Reach: Build relationships with existing customers, grow our database, and uncover new leads and prospects.
Deliver Solutions: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our outstanding product portfolio.
Stay Competitive: Learn about our products and services as well as competitors' offerings to stay ahead in the market.
Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, objection handling, and deal-closing strategies.
Report & Analyze: Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to track progress and refine strategies.
What You'll Bring: Experience Matters: Proven success in sales (2–5 years+), ideally in FMCG.
Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with diverse clients.
Relationship Building: Ability to foster lasting partnerships and maintain client satisfaction.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and familiarity with social media for business use.

Requirements Matric FMCG experience is an advantage particularly candidates who have previously sold dairy products and juices.
Candidates who have experience selling food to hotels, restaurants and schools with established relationships with clients will be considered.
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role 2 - 5 years plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, objection handling, and closing deals.
Product knowledge and the ability to convey information in a clear and understandable manner.
Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software and basic computer skills.
Experience with social media.
Own vehicle and valid driver's licence.
