What You'll Do: Execute Sales Strategies: Achieve targets and grow our customer base by implementing effective sales strategies.
Pursue New Opportunities: Seek out and establish connections with restaurants, hotels, and catering companies to unlock new business potential.
Build Strong Relationships: Forge and maintain lasting relationships with customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Conduct Sales Calls & Demos: Engage clients with compelling sales calls and product demonstrations.
Negotiate Deals: Skilfully negotiate prices and contracts to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with Customer Service: Work closely with our customer service team to ensure top-notch service and customer satisfaction.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive activities to stay ahead in the market.
Report Performance: Provide insightful sales performance reports and market analysis to management.
Meet Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Understand their Offerings: Develop an in-depth understanding of the products and services.
What We Need: Experience: 2+ years in sales within the food services industry with a proven track record of meeting targets.
Experience with food service distributors or similar companies is a plus.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the South African food services market.
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements: Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle and readiness to travel.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Salary: starting at R12 000. and up to R 25000.
Depending on experience.
