Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification (sales and marketing, tourism, business studies). At least 3 – 5 years' experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the corporate gifting, luxury goods, hospitality or related industry. Proven ability to build and nurture professional relationships, with a track record of managing a client portfolio. Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is driven to exceed targets. Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English). Available to travel locally. An eye for detail and passion for luxury goods. A creative approach to day-to-day challenges.
Responsibilities: Client acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients, specifically targeting organisations that could benefit from our gifting services. Relationship management: Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business, understanding their needs, preferences, and future gifting requirements. Marketing collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotions that resonate with corporate audiences. Consultative selling: Provide personalised recommendations and solutions that align with the needs of each corporate client, maintaining our reputation for high-quality and unique gifting options. Customer service: Be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience from initial inquiry through to post-delivery follow-up. Trend analysis: Stay updated on market trends in corporate gifting and provide insights and recommendations to enhance our offerings and reach.
