We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Position Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by securing new clients and managing relationships with existing clients in need of cleaning services.
The ideal candidate will be results-driven, with a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong understanding of how cleaning services can enhance clients' operations.
Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Prospect for and secure new clients by identifying potential opportunities in target industries and markets.
Utilize cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads and convert them into clients.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction by regularly checking in and addressing any concerns or needs.Service Proposals: Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients cleaning needs and present tailored service proposals that meet their requirements and budget.Service Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are beneficial for both the client and the company while maintaining profitability.Client Retention: Work to ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and addressing any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Upsell additional services when appropriate.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs set by the company, contributing to the growth and success of the business.Market Research: Stay informed about trends in the cleaning services industry, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.Collaboration with Operations Team: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of services for new clients.
Communicate client expectations to the team to ensure high levels of service quality.Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to management. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, or similar role, ideally in the cleaning services or facilities management industry.Strong understanding of cleaning service offerings, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, specialized cleaning, and post-construction cleaning (preferred but not required).Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.Full driving license (if required for the role).
