Our client in the Medical & Surgical Industry, based in the Mount Edgcombe, seeks a Direct Sales Representative.RequirementsMatricRelated Tertiary Qualification3 years' experience in a similar roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComputer LiterateBe able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceAbility to work independentlyAbility to travel & work outside normal office hours from time to timeOwn transport & Driver's license.ResponsibilitiesTo achieve set targets for allocated territoryHigh-level customer focus and service deliveryEnsure high level of company compliance and drive all requirements.Attend all training sessions as and when requiredAdministration must be completed, monitored and kept up to date on a daily basis as per business requirements.Territory management - implement successful sales and follow up plans for existing product portfolio and the launching of new products in collaboration with functional head.100% achievement of both unit and value targets monitored on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.Travel to be planned once a month.
