Sales Rep

Warriors Marketing requires the services of an Executive Sales Rep with great customer service skills to assist with sales and marketing in-store, and report to the manager.
We are recruiting for East London, so you need to be in or around this area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist customers with sales, including explaining the rules, terms and conditions, regulations, and procedures as required.Manage policies and/or cancellations.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:PunctualExcellent understanding of delivering great customer serviceHigh degree of patience and assertivenessConflict resolution skillsTrustworthy, professional with confidential informationThe ability to work well under pressurePractice good time management and willingness to work longer than normal hoursRemain focused in order to handle objectionsCustomer-focused and service-orientedMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Grade 12Experience in sales within an aviation concern is an advantageExcellent written and verbal command of the English language, including proper phone etiquetteGood knowledge and understanding of computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)No criminal or credit recordAble and willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours as requiredOwn transport would be an advantage
