Sales / Regional Manager - Bryanston - Jhb

Company in Bryanston, Johannesburg, is looking for a Sales / Regional Manager, with previous Management experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device Industry.
Must be able to start immediately.
Salary: R35 000 basic salary, plus 4% Commission on net Sales

Duties & Requirements:
* Must have experience working for pharmaceutical or medical device company
* University degree/postgraduate in the Life Sciences/Healthcare field is desirable but not essential
* Sales & Business development and partnerships
* Responsible for the increase in revenue of the company
* Managing staff: Overseeing staff, including administrative and reception staff, and ensuring they are
properly developed and trained
* Managing budgets and performance: Developing and managing budgets, sales forecasts, and
performance metrics to ensure sales goals are met
* Building relationships: Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, such as healthcare
providers, payers, and policy makers
* Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with company reporting and compliance requirements,
and escalating any material breaches to appropriate management
* Managing operational expenses.
* Conducting market intelligence: Conducting market intelligence and assisting in tender preparation
