The sales operations manager will be responsible for managing the retail division's operational requirements the drive sales revenue. The individual will be required to understand and report on sales and product statistics, guide CRM processes from lead to sales, and integrate with the marketing and merchandising departments regularly. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum Bachelor's Honours degree. Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or jewellery sector. Proven track record of driving sales and managing teams effectively. Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights. A passion for luxury brands and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across the region. Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness. HR Management: Oversee all HR-related matters for the region, including employee relations, compliance with company policies, and performance management. Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all employees comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and adherence to operational standards. Reporting and Analysis: Analyse reports on sales performance, employee metrics, and customer feedback. Engage with Marketing and Merchandising departments to drive sales. Use data to drive decision-making and improve overall business performance.
