communication, negotiation)Proven methodological skills (e.g.
business planning, strategic development)Broad and deep functional skills (e.g.
Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Employee Wellness)High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledgeExtensive knowledge of the Spa & Beauty industries along with significant industry experienceFluent in written and spoken English is a must.

)PURPOSE:Drive the consistent execution of salesBuild and maintain sustainable long-term growth plans strategies within each key account through partnerships, in conjunction with the Sales Development satellite teams.Support sales team and drive moraleDevelop effective strategies for sales growth & demandVisit key partners on a regular basis to maintain a relationship and develop businessBi-monthly travel to other provinces for meetings / functions and exposEnsure team meets and exceeds targetsMeasure KPI's / implement KPI's
