This individuals responsibilities include:
Manage Sales Fulfilment for all inbound and partnership channelsManage sales initiatives and campaigns o Manage contracts for unique solutionsTrouble shoot, escalate and manage resolution on sales operational issues.
This is a specialist role reporting into Head of Sales Fulfilment and Outbound.
Minimum Qualifications: Degree or related in Business Management, Commerce or similar.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience within a Sales Operations role2-5 years of administrative experienceSales experienceSalesforce or similar CRM experience (advantageous) CompetenciesExcellent administrative skillsStrong analytical capabilityStrong reporting and data presentation skillsExcel skillsSystem administration skillsFast paced and operates with urgencyKeen attention to detailStrong customer care valuesStrong collaboration skillsResponsibilities: Manage Sales Fulfilment for all inbound and partnership channelsEnsure all incoming leads are optimally managedManage lead qualityManage duplicates as requiredAllocate leads to sales executives and manage capacityTrack progress on leads loaded and escalate leads neglectedBring in Partnership Managers into deals which will benefit from supportChannel Management support and stakeholder feedbackPartner affiliate code creation and maintenanceLead form upgrades and quality assuranceWeekly feedback on lead quality, leads volume received, conversions, issues faced and resolution from fulfilment on leads and conversions, and deep dive into applications which made it to credit, and where we lost, and why.Monthly feedback on channel performance and sales performance.Managing sales initiatives and campaigns for outbound channelsEnsure collateral and campaigns are delivered as briefed in by Head of Sales Fulfilment and Outbound.Identify old applications which were previously unsuccessful, investigate and allocate to the respective salesperson, if feasible.Referral program managementTrack SE lead provider activitySupport the co-ordination of events and walk-in activitiesManage contracts for unique solutionsSend offers, generate contracts, sign contractsApprove disbursementsCheck-in on collections and ensure all funded deals are collecting as expectedTrouble shoot, escalate and manage resolution on sales operational issues.
