To oversee and manage all aspects of the Marketing of the Small Volume Parenteral (SVP) portfolio to ensure Organisational commercial objectives are achieved.
Qualifications & Experience:
Medical and/or Sciences degree3 years as a Marketing Manager EssentialMust have experience in (SVP) Small Volume ParenteralGeneric Pharmaceutical experience Essential Product launch experience EssentialOverview of duties (not limit to) Implementation of division marketing strategiesAnalysis of regional sales, competitor and market share data, develop strategies and action plans to maximise sales potentialIQVIA/IMS Data intermediate/super user, understanding, interpretation Management of resources i.e.
budget, stock, time, systems, sales toolsTo develop and sustain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in order to ensure continuous brand loyalty and advocacy.Develop customer proposal / presentation for communication and implementation.In-depth understanding of regional and national trends and customer dynamicsProactive actions to prevent potential threats to business resultsUnderstand customer practices and prescribing habitsRespond to customer requests and resolve regional issues timeouslyCoach and develop the sales representativesFrequent customer visits with and without product specialistsAnalysis and monthly reporting on team performanceMonitor and develop action plans to correct underperformanceManage field force effectiveness measure Closing Date: 31 October 2024
