Of note is the major share of the critical care market held by the company, being the largest supplier of critical care products to the public sector and hospitals.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our sport science, rehabilitation, and orthopaedic products. Lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative environment aimed at achieving ambitious business objectives.Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and market share goals.Lead and inspire the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to maximise individual and collective performance.Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand the company's presence in the sport science, rehabilitation, and orthopaedics markets.Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development initiatives and refine sales and marketing strategies accordingly.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all aspects of the business.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, sports organizations, and corporate clients, to drive customer acquisition and retention efforts.Monitor sales performance metrics, KPIs, and financial indicators to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.Desired Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, medical and/or Sport Sciences degree or a related field.Strong understanding of the sport science, rehabilitation, and orthopedics markets, including relevant trends, challenges, and opportunities.Previous experience working with athletes, sports teams, or rehabilitation professionals.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business results.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical/medical industry experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Managerial role.
