They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead their sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
Experience in fundraising for nonprofits or foundations
Proven track record in sales and marketing management, preferably in the food and/or not-for-profit industries
Experience in digital marketing and social media
Strong understanding of sales techniques, market research, and brand management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Leadership and organizational experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Valid driver's license with reliable transport
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate the organization's products, mission, and goals to clients, donors, and partners
Cultural competence and sensitivity

Strong ethical standards and a commitment to transparency
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in developing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives
Responsible for the successful implementation and execution of sales and marketing strategies
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and ensure alignment with industry trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with donor partners, sponsors, customers, distributors, and retailers
Oversee the growing sales team, providing training, coaching, and support
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact
Support the marketing and communications efforts, including social media, public relations, and content creation for the company and its foundation
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and foster partnerships
