Sales & Marketing Manager for Sport, Science and Rehab Division (SSR) Job Purpose · Responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our sport science, rehabilitation, and orthopaedic products.
Lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative environment aimed at achieving ambitious business objectives.
Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, medical and/or Sport Sciences degree or a related field · Strong understanding of the sport science, rehabilitation, and orthopedics markets, including relevant trends, challenges, and opportunities.
· Previous experience working with athletes, sports teams, or rehabilitation professionals.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business results.
· Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
· Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
· Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical/medical industry experience of which 2 years at Senior Managerial role
