Sales & Marketing Manager CRRT PORTFOLIO (POS 24183)Based: AerotonSalary: R950k R1KTo oversee and manage all aspects of the marketing and sales of the CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) portfolio to ensure Organisational commercial objectives are achieved.Qualification & Experience:Medical and/or Sciences degree3-5 years sales experience in CRRT3 years as a Marketing Manager EssentialOverview of duties (not limit to): - Implementation of division sales and marketing strategiesAnalysis of regional sales, competitor and market share data, develop strategies and action plans to maximise sales potentialManagement of resources i.e. budget, stock, time, systems, sales toolsTo develop and sustain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in order to ensure continuous brand loyalty and advocacy.Develop customer proposal / presentation for communication and implementation.In-depth understanding of regional and national trends and customer dynamicsProactive actions to prevent potential threats to business resultsUnderstand customer practices and prescribing habitsRespond to customer requests and resolve regional issues timeouslyCoach and develop the sales representativesFrequent customer visits with and without product specialistsAnalysis and monthly reporting on team performanceMonitor and develop action plans to correct underperformanceManage field force effectiveness measure Closing date: 14 July 2024
