Sales Marketer (Growth Hacker)
40 hrs per week - Remote

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Increase user acquisition and retention through creative and data-driven approaches.
Analyze User Behavior Data: Identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to enhance conversion rates.
Manage Paid Acquisition Channels: Optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
Collaborate with Product & Engineering Teams: Implement growth initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Monitor Key Performance Metrics: Track and report on the success of growth experiments.
Explore New Channels: Identify and test new potential user acquisition channels.
Contribute to SEO Efforts: Work on strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in growth hacking or digital marketing, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
Proven track record of driving growth and achieving KPIs.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work closely aligned with CET working hours.
