We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our We Buy Cars team at our Silver Lakes Branch!

Responsibilities:

Management of sales teamsSetting individual sales targetsMotivating sales executivesSales administrationComplaint managementManage dealer relationships and dealer registrationsMonitor and improve OUTsurance, Netstar sales on cash transactionsManaging branch leadsManage stock levelsManage aging stockPrice card auditsAssisting staff with HR related queriesOverseeing of sales staff managementManage and monitor reserved vehicles Skills:

Accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work productively in a high-pressure environmentManage time effectively and set clearly defined targetsComputer LiteratePeople skillsOperational experienceSales knowledgeMust be able to lead and set a good exampleResilient, Ambitious, Target Driven Requirements:

Minimum Grade 12A minimum of 2 year's Management experience in the motor industryA relevant management qualification will be beneficial Benefits:
