What will you do?
This is a regional sales management role which is responsible for managing a team of new and vested Financial Advisors.
You have to recruit advisors for your portfolio (new and experienced).
You will be responsible for the training, vesting and development of all advisors in the portfolio.

Qualification & Experience: Extensive Financial Services experience in a marketing/sales environmentSales and Operational Management/leadership of a team/unitManagement DiplomaCommercial/Financial or business related diploma/degreeCFP/RFP3 or equivalent (i.e.
: 120 credits)REKnowledge and Skills: To be successful you will need to demonstrate good experience in:
Financial Services Industry KnowledgeFinancial Services Product Knowledge (Sanlam and competitors)Legal technical Knowledge (product related)Relevant regulatory legislation and compliance knowledge (FAIS accredited)Business planningNew and Existing business processesAdvisor contracts and remunerationSales and marketing processes and practicesLeads management and campaigns/competitionsManagement skills to manage staffBudgets and expense managementPersonal Qualities: Turnaround times The shortlisting process will only start once the application due date has been reached.
