Our client, a fast-growing tech company, is searching for a dynamic Sales and Success Manager to help propel their business to new heights.

The Role As the first Sales and Success Manager of this early-stage growing business, you will work closely with the CEO to lead a talented team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives, and Customer Success Specialists.
You will take on the critical responsibility of managing both sales and customer success functions, shaping their processes, and ensuring that their teams are aligned to hit ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities Build & lead a team of SDRs, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers to ensure they are aligned and performing at their best.
Own the revenue target for the business, with a focus on increasing customer volumes and user revenues.
Develop and optimize sales and customer success processes , driving efficiency and productivity across both functions.
Coach and mentor the team , providing hands-on support to ensure both sales and success teams hit key performance metrics, including retention, activation, and upselling.
Analyze and manage performance data to generate accurate forecasts, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, partnerships) to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
Interview, hire, and train new team members as the business scales.
What you'll need Experience : At least 5+ years of experience in sales and customer success management , preferably in a high-volume SaaS environment.
Leadership : 1+ year in a management role, with a proven ability to lead and inspire sales and customer success teams.
Sales Expertise : Familiarity with SMB SaaS sales methodologies (such as SPIN or MEDDICC) and experience driving revenue through inbound and outbound sales processes.
Customer Success Knowledge : An understanding of customer success metrics like retention and churn, with a track record of improving these through strategic initiatives.
Data-driven : Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making, provide insights, and make recommendations.
Tech Savvy : Experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) to manage and track team performance and sales pipeline.
