Sales ManagerOur client is currently looking to hire a vibrant individual with a passion for sales to join the team as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should be driven and motivated by results while continuously improving the sales process.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure that monthly targets (personal) are achieved for new and repeat businessIdentification of new clients through prospecting (cold calling)Handling of client objections and complaints in an effective and informative mannerRevise and update national Service Level Agreements with clientsParticipation in the organisation and successful completion of trade shows and marketing exhibitionsGathering of sales and marketing intelligenceManage client satisfaction (1-2-3 call cycles)Identify growth opportunities in existing marketsProvide weekly and monthly sales reports to the RSMConduct local market research regarding market shareGather intelligence on competitors and competitive practicesDesired Experience & QualificationGrade 125 years relevant sales call centre experience of which at least 3 years in a leadership/manager positionExperience in managing a team of 20+ employeesGood command of the English Language- written and verbalExcellent interpersonal skillsPackage & RemunerationSalary - R35 000
