Main Duties include:• Investigate, formulate and develop feasible new business concepts inalignment with agreed targeted strategies.• Set up and achievement of budget• Financial analysis and reporting;• Supply chain management;• Risk and compliance management;• Identify New Business Opportunities• Performance management and development of direct team.Criteria:• Matric plus Relevant Degree in B.Comm Supply Chain / B.Tech degreeor Advanced Diploma in Engineering or Materials Technology• 7 years' supply chain management / account executive experience inthe Metals / Recycling or related sector• 7 years experience in financial analysis, budgeting and reporting.• Business automation experience and SAP proficiency is preferred• Knowledge of different metals / commodities across differentindustries and their applications (automotive or related industry).• Sound knowledge of sales operations, new business development andnegotiations & management of technical key accounts.
