We're looking for… Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the rental department, leading a team of rental agents, and ensuring the successful leasing of apartments across our estates.

You will be responsible for: Providing guidance, conducting training sessions, evaluating team performance, and maintaining tenant relationships.Recruitment - identifying staffing needs, participating in the hiring process, conducting thorough onboarding and making informed decisions about hiring and termination based on performance assessments.Strategic planning to maximize occupancy rates, staying informed about market trends, and collaborating with other departments.Establishing and monitoring performance metrics and generating reports for improvement.
