We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our We Buy Cars team at our Pietermaritzburg Branch!

Responsibilities:
Management of sales teamsSetting individual sales targetsMotivating sales executivesSales administrationComplaint managementManage dealer relationships and dealer registrationsMonitor and improve OUTsurance, Netstar sales on cash transactions.Managing branch leadsManage stock levelsManage aging stockPrice card auditsAssisting staff with HR related queriesOverseeing of sales staff managementManage and monitor reserved vehicles.

Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12A minimum of 2 year's Management experience in the motor industryA relevant management qualification will be beneficial
