Their approach to sales is based on building genuine, long-term relationships with their clients, rather than relying on short-term sales tactics.
As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing their sales team, implementing strategies to meet revenue goals, and fostering strong client relationships that support their growth journeys in both national and international markets.
Minimum Requirements: A Minimum of 5-7 years in sales At least 3 years experience in a Sales Leader/Manager role Experience working in and driving sales in international markets is essential A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent Must have experience and strong belief in Self-development and life coaching Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, particularly within service-oriented industries such as personal development or coaching Strong leadership skills with experience in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems such as Close, Keap, OBS, and Calendly Confident public speaker, comfortable hosting events and pitching services to prospective clients Duties and Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Oversee and grow a small sales team, set individual and team targets, provide ongoing mentorship, and handle recruitment and onboarding as the team expands.
Sales Strategy: Continuously assess and adjust sales strategies to align with business goals, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
New Business Development: Identify and secure speaking engagements and affiliate partnerships to increase business reach and drive growth.
Referral Program Management: Encourage and manage client referrals by establishing and maintaining a referral tracking system to generate leads and grow sales.
Sales Tools & Systems: Ensure CRM systems and sales tools are effectively utilized, streamlining operations and improving sales efficiency.
Event Participation: Act as an MC or speaker at key events, including webinars and seminars, where you will introduce services and create sales opportunities.
Training & Development: Regularly train the sales team, using internal resources and external materials to enhance their performance and maintain high standards.
Reporting & Analytics: Produce regular performance reports, analyze data to guide decision-making, and adjust strategies based on insights gained.
Industry Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with trends in the personal development space, using this knowledge to innovate and refine sales and engagement strategies.
