Overview of Key Responsibilities:
Sales Production and Resourcing within the Operational environment:
Establish and communicate KPIs to all stakeholders monthly to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with Recruitment to ensure optimal headcount and campaign resourcing, maximizing revenue.
Partner with Training to create training plans for Team Leaders and Contact Centre Agents to enhance performance.
Analyze people and data trends continuously to identify and resolve pinch points.
Manage multiple business segments to drive outstanding outcomes.
Leading and Motivating a High-Performing Team:
Develop and implement individual and team KPIs aligned with business goals.
Guide Sales Managers and Team Leaders to boost performance and achieve production targets.
Coach and mentor direct reports to foster growth and excellence.
Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate activities to maintain a high-performance culture.
Cultivate motivation through focused incentives, celebrations, and regular communication.
Micro-manage the end-to-end process for optimal results.
Client Relationship Management with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate and manage changes to create a positive impact.
Manage all financial components with the view of Revenue Generation.
Analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric qualification is essential; a related degree/diploma is advantageous.
RE and FAIS required.
At least 5 years sales management experience in GAP cover, Medical Insurance, Medical Aid, etc.
Prior experience in short-term insurance within a call centre environment, overseeing a team of team leaders and sales agents is essential.
