DUR002230 – SALES MANAGER – JHB South Purpose of the job To ensure that the client services team and sales reps are led, guided and directed to reach their targets while also building and expanding these teams.
Required Qualifications: Matric Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or related fields is advantageous.
Valid and clean Driver's License Minimum 5 years in a sales-related environment operating at a management level.
Proven track record in sales leadership, team management and strategic planning in a Large Orginisation Technical Competencies & Responsibilities Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, promptly and professionally handling their questions, problems, and concerns Together with the team, score career guides.
Create and implement sales strategies that complement business objectives, target market opportunities, and pinpoint areas for growth.
Implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team Encourage open communication and teamwork among the sales team to build a pleasant team atmosphere.
Behavioural Competencies: Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Interpersonal skills.
Deadline driven.
Time management skills.
Able to handle a high volume of work & pressure.
