KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage brand performance by channel and outletEnsure that volume is a key driver of all activitiesIdentify availability and volume opportunitiesAchieve availability, volume and regional market share targetsManagement and development of the Informal Market teamEnsure the Informal Market team are living our core values, and that they are aware of the company's strategic priorities and how they are contributing to achieving themEnsure correct implementation of national promotionsDesign and implement innovative regional promotionsEnsure adherence to ES&Co promotional standardsManage return on investment of promotionsEnsure that all discounts offered fall within the parameters of the quality discount and strategic scheduleCommunicate all credit risks and irregularities in trade to the regional General ManagerCompile weekly and monthly reportsEnsure effective interaction with the telesales teamQUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS MatricBachelor of Commerce Degree in Sales and Marketing/ Business or equivalent is advantageousAt least six years in an FMCG sales role (liquor spirits an advantage)At least two years in a Sales Management roleMust have a soundtrack record within the sales industrySKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Demonstrated ability to professionally develop, coach and motivate teamsFocused goal driven individualMust have excellent communication skillsAbility to build positive working relationshipsMust be assertiveMust have a good track record in salesMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeRelevant experience in the informal market environmentMust be self-motivated and results driven
