Main job function
Sales manager is responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.

Set realistic and achievable targets for Account Managers.
Delegated duties as per interests and specializations of the individual team members.
Sales manager devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
The sales manager should map potential customers
Motivating sales team members.
Ensure that the sales team is delivering desired results.
Maintaining and improving relationships with the clients.
Ensure and maintain the company policies and procedures.
Sales Management experience and an understanding technical experience on mills, conveyor gearboxes and crushers
