Candidate Requirements:Must have Grade 12 and a bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related fieldMust have 8-10 years of relevant experience in a managerial roleProven track record of successful sales leadershipProficiency in using CRM software, marketing analytics tools, and other relevant sales and marketing technologiesStrategy Development: Formulate comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the companys overall objectives, market trends, and customer needs. Regularly assess theeffectiveness of existing strategies and make necessary adjustments to maximize results.Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the sales team, including setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilitiesSales Management: Oversee the sales teams activities, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing effective sales techniques. Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base and increase sales revenueMarket Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new growth opportunities. Use this information to adjust sales and marketing strategies and stay ahead of market dynamicsRelationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key agents, clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships and drive customer satisfaction.
