Our client is seeking a high-performing, analytical and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client's team in Seychelles. You will be responsible for maximizing their sales teams potential, crafting sales strategies, and driving the business forward. The Sales Manager will take ownership of the Key accounts of HORECA operations across the Seychelles islands. The Sales Manager is responsible to provide a market driven differentiated service, to build sustainable competitiveness and deliver sustainable growth in sales volume, market share, competitive advantage, and company reputation. Responsibilities: Focused on business development, growth and achieving sales targets. Sales of the range includes perishables such as fresh fruit and vegetables, frozen and chilled meat, dry produce and dairy products into the hotels, restaurants, and hospitality establishments in the Seychelles. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a sales team and managing all key accounts Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence. Continually looking to grow the basket of products sold to the HORECA industry. Ensuring that budgets set are achieved. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Maintaining and developing relationships with various managers in the hospitality industry. Identifying market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Skills: Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Successful managed and led a sales team that have consistently met or exceeded targets. Experienced in working with diversity and cultures. Excellent relationship building skills, good with people. Excellent record of developing winning customer relationships, partnerships, and key accounts. Solution driven with strong negotiating and influencing skills. and numerically strong. Qualifications: Matric & bachelors in marketing/Sales. Experience in working and living outside of ones home country. Valid driver's license and valid passport. No criminal record. To obtain a work permit in another country, the relevant immigration department will require the candidate to produce and submit an original school leavers/matric certificate, as well as the original degree awarded including the transcript of results, notarised. Sound knowledge and understanding of the HORECA market and strong business acumen and industry expertise. Flexible and able to operate in a diverse and dynamic market. 7 years of sales experience to the HORECA industry specifically in food and beverage. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the Food Service industry including selling perishable produce (both chilled and frozen) as well as FMCG products into the HORECA sector. Managerial experience of 5 years.
