The ideal candidate will bring proven sales management experience, in-depth knowledge of solar and electrical products, and a results-driven approach to leadership. Responsibilities: Sales Leadership : Drive the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting performance goals and conducting regular evaluations. Market Development : Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to expand market share. Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Performance Monitoring : Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and generate reports to track team performance and market trends. Product Expertise : Stay updated on solar and electrical products, industry advancements, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
