Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Effectively managing the sales team;Drive the forecast of sales target amongst the sales team;Ensure profits are maximised through generated leads and/or campaigns;Ensure sales team is effectively closing the leads through approvals received;Ensure the pipeline deals are worked on and assess on the teams plan activities;Identify business opportunities and implement agreed plans to overcome shortfalls to ensure continuous business growth;Provide effective mentoring, coaching and support to sales management to enable the staff to exceed their required target;Produce weekly and monthly reporting to track sales performance, market trends and performance of all products in our product scope, opportunities and lost transactions;Collaborate with field marketing team and campaign management team to obtain leads through campaigns and marketing initiatives to improve customer flow and ultimately improve taken up numbers i.e.
accessories and extras;Motivate and lead the team to achieve the highest standard of excellence; Requirements:
Minimum Grade Twelve (12)Three-year tertiary qualification in Marketing/Business management or related would be an added advantage.Minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years experience working in automotive industry.
Understanding and maximising profits.Business knowledge and understanding of vehicle sales and asset finance
