As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and present them to senior management.Oversee contract negotiations and close deals to achieve sales goals.Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the packaging industry.Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
