Sales Activity: Develop new client relationships; Build a strong network with new clients. 3. Oversee, During Set up of Contract, Management of Operational Risks: Statutory and Legislative Compliance. 4. Profitability: Ensure financial viability through increasing profit margins. Business Development through organized Sales Activity, inclusive of meeting visit targets, networking & event attendance 2. Work closely with Branch and Team Management. 3. Respect of Legal and Financial Risk through Statutory and Legislative Compliance adherence internal process 4. Respect of the teams internal procedural and Company Policy Compliance 5. Client Contracts/Pricing: Develop financially viable and compliant SLAs for new clients 6. Effective Reporting: Track trends, market intelligence, forecasts and strategy plans. 7. Build and maintain Client and Associate relationships as combined Operations teams , and effective inter- departmental procedural work flow participation thereby contributing towards quality service delivery
