National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.Bachelor's degree / Relevant tertiary qualification4 -6 Years related experience in the Security industry/Facilities is preferableProven track record of achieving sales success in Security or similar industryVery strong bidding and presentation skillsVery Good financial and business acumenExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsExperience with CRM software (Sales force)Proficient with data analysis, sales metrics, forecasting, reporting and budgetingSelf motivated, pro-active, results driven individualCompetency in driving growth and innovation initiatives in line with company strategic objectivesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales/growth targets to expand our customer and revenue baseLead, mentor and inspire sales teams to drive individual performance.Build relationships with key prospective clients and partnersWork closely with Operations and Finance to achieve company strategic objectivesPrepare and deliver sales/growth reports & forecasts timeouslyCollaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaignsConduct training and coaching to enhance sales team skills and knowledgeEffectively Monitor and drive all sales activities, pipeline growth and forecastsReal time manaagement of all activities and reports on Sales ForceDevelop & prepare well- constructed service solutions, accurate costings and pricing for bids and sales proposalsRegularly Gather and analyze competitor information to improve the Servest's competitive position.Successfully implement plans to drive effective lead generationFocus on improving sales team negotiation skills and closing ratios.Conduct well prepared and targeted presentations to internal and external customers.Inform, guide, and execute group and divisional strategies in collaboration with sales and operations teams.Promoting products and services and in depth understanding of customers needs.Manage entire sales process from lead generation to contract signingAccurateProvide all sales related financial reporting Policy We are committed to Employment Equity when recruiting internally and externally.
