Sales Manager

Our client is seeking Sales Managers to join their teams, based in Gauteng, Western Cape and Northern Cape.Successful candidate will operate within an assigned region and is responsible for managing merchant servicing, relationships, and lead sources to deliver product sales targets. The role includes overseeing regional sales activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategic and execution plans in collaboration with the National Sales Manager.Minimum Requirements:-Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or an equivalent tertiary qualification preferredProven experience in sales management, preferably within a similar industryExperience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targetsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategiesExperience in relationship management with clients and stakeholdersUnderstanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in sales operationsFamiliarity with CRM systems and BI reporting toolsAbility to interpret data and present statistical data effectivelyProject Management skillsExtensive travel required - must be willing to travel and stay out
