The RoleMonitoring critical metrics and evaluating the performance of teams and individuals.Identifying growth opportunities or knowledge gaps within the sales team.Managing strategic departmental goals.Driving sales through constant coaching, motivation, and feedback.Carrying out periodic performance management reviews on the team.Acting as the first level in vetting and resolving client and supplier service issues.Managing the entire client service cycle.Experience4 years of experience in a sales leadership role.Experience working with Tour Operator Software (Kaptio, Tour Plan, etc.).Google Suite.High level of client-centricity.Excellent people management skills.A diploma or degree in tourism is advantageous.
