Our client in Somerset West is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead their team in the food industry.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager and/or Sales Manager, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on problem solver with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and delegation abilities in both English and Afrikaans are essential.
The successful candidate should remain calm under pressure, possess outstanding people skills, and be self-motivated and self-directed.
Willingness to travel across different regions is also a key requirement.
