A luxury accommodation company in Cape Town is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth across their portfolio of apartments and hotels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with recent focus on luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow occupancy and revenue for the luxury apartments and hotel offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
Identify new business opportunities and pursue partnerships with key clients in the luxury sector.
Lead contract negotiations, closing deals that meet revenue targets and uphold brand standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and maximise exposure.
Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior management.
Requirements:
Candidates must be available for face-to-face interviews in Cape Town.
Excellent negotiation and selling skills, with recent experience in the luxury hospitality sector.
