The successful Sales Manager Enterprise Sales will be responsible for the following:
Lead and manage the enterprise sales team to meet and exceed sales targetsDevelop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer baseBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsPartner with customers to understand their business needs and objectivesEffectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentationsMonitor and report on competitive market informationProvide detailed and accurate sales forecastingCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure our offerings remain competitiveThe Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Manager Enterprise Sales should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related fieldProven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targetsAbility to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skillsMust reside in JohannesburgMust speak English and Chinese.What's on Offer
