Sales Generation: o Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for the TA230 articulated dump truck and Wheel Excavator o Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. 2. Customer Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. o Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. 3. Product Knowledge and Presentation : o Have a developed and in-depth understanding of the TA230 articulated dump truck and wheel excavator, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the TA230's capabilities and suitability for their specific needs. o Guide/ support the rest of the EMT Sales managers and dealers on the sale of ADTs and WEX 4. Market Analysis: o Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. o Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies. 5. Negotiation and Closing: o Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations. o Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals effectively. 6. Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. o Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management . Education: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for education. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the heavy machinery or construction equipment industry, preferably with a focus on articulated dump trucks.
