We're looking for a Sales Ledger Executive to support our London-based Finance Team with sales order processing, invoice management, and payment portal administration.
Key Responsibilities: Manage sales and client queries via our ticketing system, collaborating with Sales Order Processing and Credit Control to resolve and close tickets.
Process invoices for online orders, reconcile payments, and support monthly closing.
Set up and maintain client payment portals, ensuring accurate and timely uploads.
Assist in managing vendor documents, credit balance refunds, and client statements.
Requirements About You: Strong communicator, with good organization and attention to detail.
Team player who can work independently and keep others updated on progress.
Excel skills, with experience in credit control or sales invoicing being a plus!
