A Business Development Representative (BDR) at Scrums.com will generate sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and research. They will qualify leads, schedule meetings, and pass on sales-ready leads to the Account Executive team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. This role collaborates with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies. Requirements Experience: LESS than 12 months working experience. Sales Targets: Proven ability to meet or exceed new business sales targets and quotas. Presentation & Public Speaking: Strong presentation and public speaking skills for effectively communicating the value of Scrums.com's services. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop client engagement. Business Acumen: A solid willingness to learn the skills to manage business challenges and opportunities, translating this knowledge into customer solutions.
