Objectives: · Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity
· Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
· Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality
· Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
· Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
Key Responsibilities: · Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
· Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives
· Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
· Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and expenses effectively to optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI.
· Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
· Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment
· Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
· Lead and motivate the New Business team to consistently meet or exceed targets and KPIs
Requirements: · Qualified and registered Debt Counsellor
· RE qualification
· Dialler Management skills
· Call Centre leadership experience
· Management Experience
· Experience in conducting performance evaluations
· Working knowledge of human-resources processes
