Sales Executive – Private Sector

Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: R29,000 per month
Travel Allowance: R3,200 per month

Kilometre Claim: R3.82 per business kilometre travelled
Performance Bonus: Discretionary, based on achievement
Key Responsibilities: Sales Planning: Organize weekly sales activities using Outlook Calendar.Team Collaboration: Attend company meetings to discuss leads and opportunities.Client Engagement: Schedule and attend meetings with both new and existing clients.Relationship Management: Use a call cycle to maintain strong relationships with current clients.Site Meetings: Participate in tender, project, and sales enquiry site visits.Tender Involvement: Attend compulsory tender meetings and handle tender documentation, quotations, and specifications.Product Demonstrations: Showcase products in the demo room or at clients' premises.Quotations & Follow-ups: Respond to daily quotations and leads within 24 hours, and follow up within 48 hours.CRM Management: Manage leads, quotes, and client information using Reddot and update sales opportunities regularly.Customer Support: Provide sales advice and resolve customer queries via phone, email, Teams meetings, or in-person visits.End User Seminars: Arrange and present seminars, both in-person and online.Tender Searches: Conduct searches on Mondays and Thursdays, and manage tender documentation logistics.Event Participation: Attend exhibitions, forums, conferences, and SIG meetings.Marketing & Exhibitions: Prepare marketing materials and organize exhibition arrangements.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date through training sessions and self-study.Ad Hoc Support: Assist with other tasks to achieve company targets.Reporting: Report sales activities to the Director and National Sales Manager.
